Charah's legacy brand identity no longer reflected its expanded service offerings, environmental leadership, or forward-looking vision. In preparation for going public, the company needed a cohesive brand identity that instilled confidence in investors, clients, and partners.

- Redefine Charah's brand identity to reflect innovation, reliability, and environmental stewardship
- Develop a modern, professional visual system for stakeholder trust and recognition
- Launch the new brand across all touchpoints in time for the IPO

My Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Collaboration: Worked with executive leadership, marketing, and investor relations to shape the brand vision and positioning
- Visual Identity Design: Led the creation of a new logo, typography, color palette, iconography, and graphic system
- Brand Architecture: Developed a scalable system to accommodate Charah's subsidiaries and evolving service lines
- IPO Launch Creative: Directed and executed design assets for the NYSE IPO launch—including digital billboards, investor decks, signage, and event collateral
- Creative Oversight: Managed a team of designers and collaborated with external partners to ensure consistency and quality
